The 2018 Hawkesbury Zone (District) swimming carnival is set to run this Monday, February 5th.
The file below provides a clear order of events, with the number of relevant heats and athletes per event. It also provides a rough timeline for the day, however this should not be taken as granted and represents a virtually impossible schedule of uninterrupted events. Regardless, all swimmers should be at the pool at least 30 minutes before their heat is due to start.

It should be noted that the forecast weather for Monday predicts a high chance of scattered showers and slightly cooler temperatures. The carnival will run despite the rain, with a cancellation only likely in the event of an electrical storm or extreme weather conditions (which have not been forecast).
Please assume the event is on unless advised otherwise by your school or via this site.
I would like to thank Leigh Fox and all of the staff at Kurrajong Public School for their preparation and organisation in getting this event ready, as well as all of the sports coordinators from the Hawkesbury schools that run their respective qualification events.
